The February Community Associations Institute (CAI) luncheon featured insurance professionals Jeffery and Jennifer Tirado speaking on the topic of financial stability in the community association market and insurance industry. The Tirados are also nationally regarded and highly respected community association specialists. The focus of the presentation was the accountability of the individual/Board/community manager and insurance agent related to fiduciary duty. During the presentation, attendees were able to participate in the discussion by asking relevant questions about their own insurance-related needs.
