Elecia holds degrees in Journalism and Communications with a Marketing focus from the University of Kentucky and is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). She brings 17 years of experience in the hotel industry, including roles as National Sales Manager for two luxury resorts in Southwest Florida, as well as positions with Marriott and Hilton in Nashville. Elecia currently serves on the Board of Directors for her own Homeowners Association, demonstrating her commitment to community leadership and engagement. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2023, where she leverages her extensive hospitality and property management experience to support the company’s clients and operations.
