He holds an active real estate license with the Tennessee Real Estate Commission and has earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations. As a licensed Realtor, Todd is dedicated to protecting homeowners’ investments through proactive, hands-on management.
