Keene majored in Mass Communication and Advertising at Middle Tennessee State University. Before transitioning into property management, she owned and operated an entertainment and film company for fifteen years and later managed recording studios. With over a decade of experience in property management, Keene has successfully overseen a diverse portfolio that includes apartment communities, mountain resorts, high-rise condominiums, mixed-use properties, and residential associations. She holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation, reflecting her dedication to professional excellence. Keene joined Ghertner & Company in 2019, where she continues to leverage her broad experience and leadership skills to enhance community operations and resident satisfaction.
