Lynn joined Ghertner & Company in 2026 and provides operational and organizational support to local homeowners’ associations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from Louisiana Tech University. Prior to joining us, she worked as an administrative assistant and recruiter for a boutique recruiting firm, where she developed strong interpersonal and communication skills. Originally from Arkansas, Lynn relocated to the Nashville area in 2006. She serves her community as the co-founder of The Essential Needs Project, a local nonprofit.
