Shane graduated from Cumberland University with an MBA in leadership and general management, and he has held a Tennessee Real Estate Affiliate Brokers License since 2017. Prior to joining Ghertner & Company, Shane managed a diverse portfolio of properties for 9 years and served as a warehouse operations manager for 6 of those years. His professional experience and education provide him with a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of asset protection, market standards, leadership techniques, and conflict resolution which will be pivotal in managing and supporting the communities he serves.
