Alaina is a Nashville native and has a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice. She has over 10 years of call center management experience. Alaina enjoys working in the customer service arena and prides herself on providing customers with exceptional experiences. She enjoys working with and alongside people that strive for a “we” experience. Alaina joined Ghertner and Company in 2021.
