April attended Mott Community College and Baker College, building a strong foundation in administration and project management. She dedicated 10 years to the Opryland Hotel, where she served as Benefits Coordinator for the HR Director and Administrative Assistant to the Director of General Jackson. Following her tenure at Opryland, April spent 17 years at RR Donnelley in the printing industry, where she specialized as a Project Manager with a focus on accounting integration. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2019, bringing her diverse experience and strong organizational skills to the team.
