Ashley is currently pursuing a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Middle Tennessee State University. She brings several years of management experience, which has equipped her with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Since joining Ghertner & Company in 2021, Ashley has applied her academic knowledge and practical experience to support efficient operations and enhance team and client engagement.
