Bethany is originally from Columbia, Tennessee, and studied Clinical Psychology at Kaplan University. She brings several years of retail management experience, where she developed strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills. Since joining Ghertner & Company in 2021, Bethany has continued to apply her people-focused background to support community engagement and efficient property management.
