She brings diverse experience in CAD drafting, property management—including leasing, homeowners associations, and short-term rental communities. Chanel holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations. Since joining Ghertner & Company in 2019, she has played a key role in enhancing community operations and resident relations.
