Damonstudied Business and Criminal Justice at Columbia State and holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) certifications. An Eagle Scout and licensed pilot, Damon brings dedication, discipline, and a strong work ethic to managing some of his hometown’s finest communities. Damon began his property management career with The Magnolia Group and joined Ghertner & Company in 2011.
