She holds the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, along with the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) credentials. Currently serving as Director of Administration & Homeowner Services and Community Association Manager Team Leader, Deborah mentors and leads a team of Community Association Managers while overseeing the Homeowner Services Department, driving operational excellence, enhancing service delivery, strengthening team development, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2005 and continually elevates organizational performance while empowering professionals to thrive in the community association management field.
