Demetria earned an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan Career Institute and holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations. With over eight years of experience in the real estate industry, including roles as an Escrow Officer and Closing Coordinator, she also holds an active Tennessee Real Estate License. Demetria’s extensive knowledge, dedication, and industry certifications enable her to effectively enhance and strengthen the communities she manages. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2017 and continues to be a valuable contributor to the team’s success.
