Before joining Ghertner & Company in 2014, Dorothy successfully owned and operated her own rental and association management business, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and strong operational expertise. She holds several respected industry certifications, including Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).
