Jennifer has brought over 15 years of professional human resources experience to Ghertner & Company. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Master’s of Arts in Human Resources Development from Tusculum College. As a certified HR professional, Jennifer has a strong background in talent management, employee relations, training and development, and organizational effectiveness. Her strategic approach to HR supports both employee engagement and operational excellence. Jennifer joined Ghertner & Company in 2021, where she plays a key role in leading human resources initiatives and supporting the company’s continued growth and commitment to a positive workplace culture.
