Jennifer, a Nashville native, joined Ghertner & Company in 2021. Before joining Ghertner, she began her career in community association management in 2015 in the Houston, Texas area. While in Houston, she served as a portfolio manager and onsite manager of a luxury gated golf course community. Her experience includes managing communities with single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University and has earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations. She is passionate about partnering with developers, Boards, and homeowners to create vibrant, financially healthy communities.
