Joanne was born in Brooklyn, New York, but has spent most of her life in Nashville, Tennessee. After a successful 30-year career in education, Joanne transitioned into property management, where she has spent the past eight years building her expertise. Prior to joining Ghertner & Company, she managed a multi-family community, gaining extensive experience in community operations, resident relations, and property management. Joanne joined Ghertner & Company in 2026 and is excited to serve residents and communities with professionalism, dedication, and a strong commitment to excellence.
