Jose grew up in Miami, Florida, where he attended Florida International University, and he currently resides in Clarksville, Tennessee. He brings over 25 years of diverse real estate experience to Ghertner & Company, including property management in both the self-storage and residential spaces. Additionally, he has extensive experience in mortgage finance as a loan officer and has completed dozens of real estate transactions involving fix-and-flip properties. Jose joined Ghertner & Company in 2024 and enjoys the dynamic field of community association management.
