Kerry is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University and brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Throughout his career, he has managed hotels affiliated with major brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and IHG. In recognition of his leadership, Kerry served as president of the Rutherford County Hospitality Association in 2008. Demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence, Kerry holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation. He joined Ghertner & Company in 2015, where he applies his extensive expertise to support and enhance the company’s property management services.
