LaToya graduated from Harrison College with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She brings over ten years of experience in customer service and accounting, including her role as Operations Supervisor for Fleet Services at First Advantage. LaToya holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations. Since joining Ghertner & Company in 2014, her expertise has been instrumental in supporting efficient property management and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
