Prior to that, he served as Director of the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Department in the U.S. Air Force, where he honed his leadership and organizational skills. Phillip now leverages this diverse and valuable background to strengthen property management and community relations at Ghertner & Company. Since joining the team in 2020, he has been an integral part of enhancing operational efficiency and fostering positive resident engagement.
