Stephanie is a resident of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and a community association professional with an Associate of Applied Science degree from Miller-Motte Technical College and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) credential from the Project Management Institute. She has experience in residential development and construction, supporting HOA operations, coordinating vendors, managing maintenance projects, and working with homeowners and boards. Stephanie is a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga and joined Ghertner & Company in June of 2025, continuing her passion for community service in property management.
