Todd joined Ghertner & Company in 2026, bringing more than 20 years of professional experience delivering Tier II technical support and managing desktop infrastructure. He earned an Associate of Science degree in Network Administrator Engineering from Draughons College in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, in 2007. Outside of work, Todd is an avid amateur radio operator (HAM) holding a General Class license.
