Wilton brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry to his role at Ghertner & Company. He attended Jones County Junior College and Louisiana State University on athletic scholarships for cheerleading, an early foundation that strengthened his discipline, teamwork, and commitment to excellence. Throughout his career, Wilton has served in Managing Partner and Multi Unit leadership roles, contributing to the successful opening of more than 27 restaurants. His expertise spans customer service, team retention, operational oversight, and driving profitability through precise budgeting and strategic planning. In 2025, Wilton transitioned his extensive operational background into the community association management field, where he continues to apply his service focused approach and passion for building strong, engaged communities.
