Frank F. Ghertner, CPM

Mr. Ghertner founded Ghertner & Company on January 8, 1968 and grew the company from one person with one property to manage into one of the state’s largest management companies. He retired in 2002 and works part-time as the assigned property manager on investment properties in which he has ownership interest along with some fee managed investment properties.

Scott F. Ghertner, CPM, PCAM, CCIM
President

Scott graduated from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas in 1989 where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate and Urban Land Development. He worked for two years at Trammell Crow Residential in Atlanta, Georgia before returning to Nashville to work at Ghertner & Company in 1991. In 2002, Scott and his brother assumed ownership and management of Ghertner & Company.

Scott's focus at Ghertner & Company is development of new business and management of current clients and Community Association Portfolio Managers. Scott was the 1998 President of Greater Nashville Chapter 71 of the Institute of Real Estate Management. He served as the 2001 President of the Tennessee Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). He currently serves on the Legislative Action Committee for CAI.

Steven A. Ghertner, CPM
Co-President Emeritus

Steve graduated from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. In 1988, he earned his Masters of Science in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and completed the Graduate Certificate Program in Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems.

Steve worked from 1987 through 1993 at the Clorox Company as a Senior Engineer where he was responsible for the electrical and computer control systems for a continuously operated industrial facility. Steve joined Ghertner & Company as a Vice-President/Property Manager in 1993. In 2002, Steve and his brother assumed ownership and management of Ghertner & Company. Steve’s focus at Ghertner & Company was company operations and management information systems while he served as Co-President with his brother. Steve retired from Ghertner & Company in September 2023

Felecia Berry
Director of Homeowner Service Center

Felecia graduated from Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. She brings to Ghertner over 35 years of customer service expertise and operations management leadership. Felecia joined Ghertner & Company in 2019.

Betty Corvin, COS
Regional Property Manager

Betty, a native of Elizabethtown, KY, has been affiliated with Ghertner & Company’s apartment management division for 30 years. She is a Certified Occupancy Specialist (awarded by IREM), a Registered Housing Manager (awarded by NCHM), and has served on the Kentucky HUD Multi-Family Housing Conference committee. Betty attended Elizabethtown Community College and A-Pass Weikel Institute in Louisville, KY. In 2014, she was appointed as Regional Apartment Manager for our company.

Jennifer Henry
Director of Human Resources

Jennifer, a Tennessee native, graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development. She obtained her Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Tusculum College. She is a certified HR professional with over 15 years of experience. Jennifer joined Ghertner & Company in 2021.

Andrew L. Jackson, Jr.
Director of Information Technology

Andrew joined Ghertner & Company in 2016 as the Director of Information Technology. His technical leadership and management experience extends across multiple disciplines and industries of Information Technology with emphasis in: Strategic & Operational Technology Planning, IT Infrastructure Design & Implementation, Enterprise Architectures, Project Management and Process Improvement. A native of Chicago, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Masters of Business Administration. He is also an active board member for the Nashville Rescue Mission.

Jaye Kloss, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
Director of Social Media & Marketing

Jaye joined Ghertner and Company in 2007 as a Community Association Manager. Jaye studied Business Management at San Diego University. She has over 20 years of property management experience in the Nashville area and has a strong financial/accounting background. Jaye was promoted to Team Lead in 2018 at Ghertner and Company.

Kent Knapp
Director of Ghertner Maintenance & Remodeling

Kent joined Ghertner & Company in 2013 as the Director of Ghertner Maintenance & Remodeling. A native of Michigan, Kent graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. He has over 25 years of combined hands-on and managerial construction experience in multiple aspects of the construction industry including single family custom home construction, multi-family construction, light commercial construction, and remodeling.

Angie Petty, CPA
Controller

Angie has worked in corporate finance and accounting for over 30 years in both privately and publicly held companies. She holds both a Master of Arts in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business. Her background includes time in a wide variety of industries including healthcare, distribution and global outsourcing. She specializes in controls, process improvement and scalability. As a native Nashvillian, Angie is excited to work for a successful and growing locally owned business. Angie joined Ghertner & Company in 2022.

Henry Puckett, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, Realtor
Director of Developer Relations

Henry, a native Tennessean, graduated from Emory & Henry College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business and Accounting. He has been active in Real Estate and property management for over thirty years and is an active licensed real estate broker in Tennessee, Florida, and Alabama. Before joining Ghertner & Company in 2008, he worked for Wyndham Vacation Resorts in property management for over seven years at such locations as The Smokey Mountains, St. Thomas U.S.V.I., San Antonio, Texas and Nashville, TN. Henry is a past Board of Director for the Tennessee Chapter of the Community Associations Institute. He currently serves as a Board member for the Foundation for Community Association Research (FCAR) and is on the Board for the Nashville Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a current candidate for his CPM designation.

Dorothy Ratliff, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
Director of Business Development

Dorothy graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources Management. Prior to joining Ghertner & Company in 2014, she owned her own rental and association management business. Dorothy has been very active in her community and served on the Boards of Directors of several civic organizations where she earned various community awards and recognitions. Her career in condominium and association management spans 30 years.

Director of Education & Development

Angela earned a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from Tennessee State University and is completing her Doctor of Education degree with an emphasis on Curriculum & Instruction. Angela joined Ghertner & Company in 2016 and was promoted to the Community Association Manager Team Leader role in 2019.

Kathleen Sutherland, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
Director of Board & Outreach Training

Kathleen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Nazareth College of Rochester, and a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Government from the University of Manchester, England.

After Kathleen joined Ghertner & Company in 2001, she earned the CMCA, AMS and PCAM designations from CAI. As a manager, she specialized in managing condominium communities. In 2003 she became the first Manager Team Lead and over the years has developed the Ghertner & Company Leadership Training Program for Board members. She also developed a class for real estate professionals on community associations. She served on the CAI-TN Board of Directors for six years, and was president of the Chapter in 2007.

Deborah Wallace, CMCA, AMS
Director of Administration

Deborah joined Ghertner & Company in 2005 as an assistant to the Community Association Managers, and she had the additional responsibility of managing one condominium community. Early in 2010, she was promoted to a full time Community Association Manager and in 2015 was promoted to Community Association Manager Team Leader & Administration. Deborah attended Tennessee State University and has ten years of experience in property management and over thirty years of experience in administrative support.

Theodora Winkler
Director of Accounting - Community Association Management

Theo, a graduate of Belmont University with a Major in Accounting joined Ghertner & Company in 1986 in the Finance/Accounting Department. Since that date, she has risen to head of the Community Association Management Accounting Division, where she oversees the accounting and finance services to the condominium and homeowner associations managed by the firm.

Brandi Dryden, Compliance Coordinator

Brandi, a native of Michigan, has lived in Tennessee since 1984. Her experience includes 12 years of retail management, and over 20 years in apartment and condominium management including serving as an Onsite Manager. Brandi joined Ghertner & Company in 1994.

Chelsea Johnson, Human Resources

Chelsea, a native of Ohio, has lived in TN since 2014. She is a highly motivated HR professional with over 6 years of experience. Chelsea joined Ghertner & Company in 2024. 

Sally Mills, Property Transition Manager

Sally is originally from Pennsylvania where she was the office manager of an environmental consulting and remediation firm. Sally has over 10 years of experience working in customer service, data management, and staff management. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2013 after relocating to middle Tennessee.

Michael Ryckeley, CMCA, AMS, Operations Support Manager

Michael, a native of Hendersonville, TN, earned his Master of Business Administration from Belmont University.  Michael previously worked for nine years in the Supply Chain Industry with two firms as an Implementation Project Manager in the US and Canada. He joined Ghertner & Company in 2018.

Julian White, Assistant Director of Business Development and Client Retention

Julian, a Cincinnati native who has called Tennessee home for over a decade, brings over 15 years of experience in Business Development and Marketing to his role at Ghertner. With a Bachelor's degree in Science from Eastern Kentucky University, Julian prioritizes educating prospective clients which leads to successful and enduring client relationships. His philosophy of under promising and over delivering guides his approach, ensuring each interaction is informative and impactful. Committed to driving growth and fostering collaboration, Julian is dedicated to delivering exceptional results for clients at Ghertner. He joined Ghertner & Company in 2023.

Aaron Aguilar, CMCA, Community Association Manager

Aaron is originally from Phoenix, Arizona. He graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management. He worked for six years in resort management before joining Ghertner & Company in 2015.

Scott is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management. He worked for 27 years in the hospitality industry in various roles from manager to executive management at the Marriott Corporation. Scott is committed to customer service and is experienced in facilities management. Scott joined Ghertner & Company in 2011.

Constance Barfield, Community Association Manager

Constance, a native of Middle Tennessee, attended Memphis State University and Austin Peay State University. She was a leasing consultant in the apartment industry for ten years before joining Ghertner & Company in 2017.

Elecia Lewis Beard, CMCA, Community Association Manager

Elecia joined Ghertner & Company in 2010 as a Community Association/Portfolio Manager. She left the company for a brief period in 2021, but she was happily welcomed back in 2023. A native of Kentucky, Elecia graduated from the University of Kentucky with degrees in Journalism and Communications with a concentration in Marketing. Prior to joining Ghertner & Company, Elecia spent 17 years in the hotel industry. She was a National Sales Manager for two high-end resorts in Southwest Florida as well as spending a number of years working for both Marriott and Hilton in the Nashville area. Elecia currently serves on the Board of Directors for her own HOA.

Rebecca Breier, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, Community Association Manager

Becca, a native of St. Charles, Illinois, earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science at Northern Illinois University. Becca brings with her over 20 years of property management experience, of which over 15 of them were exclusively in homeowner association management. Becca received her PCAM from the Community Associations Institute in 2021 and continues to expand her knowledge of the association management industry. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2017.

Todd Forsythe, CMCA, AMS, Community Association Manager

Todd has over twenty years of experience in real estate and property management. In addition, Todd also holds an active real estate license with the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. Because of Todd’s Realtor® background, he understands the importance of protecting owners’ home investments via proactive community association management. Todd strongly believes in promoting community wellbeing through communication and hands-on management. Todd joined Ghertner & Company in 2006.

Jamille Heard, Community Association Manager

Jamille, a Memphis, TN native, graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She has a strong background in customer service and local city government. Jamille was in the community association management industry for four years before joining Ghertner & Company in 2021.

Jeff Henry, Community Association Manager

Jeff, a native of Memphis TN, studied at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, AR. He has worked for more than twenty years in multifamily property management and has managed multi-site properties in Memphis, St. Louis, and Nashville. He is experienced in management, philanthropy, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and collaboration. Jeff joined Ghertner & Company in 2022.

Nick Hensley, Community Association Manager

Nick is a Nashville native who graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Nick has over 3 years of property management experience and obtained his License to manage community associations in the state of Florida in 2020, where he was an Onsite Property Manager for a condominium association located in Tampa. Nick has served on an HOA board in the association he resided in as well as his Community Association's CDD board while residing in Florida. These opportunities provided him the ability to appreciate the diligence and ethics of all board members who voluntarily govern their association. Nick joined Ghertner & Company in 2022 and is honored to represent their values to each association he manages within his Portfolio.

Kerry Ledbetter, CMCA, Community Association Manager

Kerry, a life-long Tennessee resident, attended Tennessee Technical University. He worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years, during which he managed hotels under the Marriott, Hilton and IHG hotel brands. In 2008, he served as president of the Rutherford County Hospitality Association. Kerry joined Ghertner & Company in 2015.

April Lovik, Community Association Manager

April is a Michigan native, where she attended Mott Community College/Baker College before moving to Middle Tennessee. She worked at Opryland Hotel for 10 years in the roles of Benefits Coordinator for the HR Director and Administrative Assistant to the Director of the General Jackson. April worked for RR Donnelley in the printing industry as a Project Manager, specializing in account integration for 17 years. She began a new career in community association management in 2015 and joined Ghertner & Company in 2019.

Rebecca Massaro, CMCA, AMS, Community Association Manager

Rebecca attended the University of South Florida, and was a Licensed Community Association Manager in Florida for 12 years before moving to the Greater Nashville area. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2016.

Keene Miller, CMCA, Community Association Manager

Keene, who is a native Nashvillian, majored in Mass Communication and Advertising at MTSU. She owned an entertainment and film company for fifteen years and later managed recording studios before entering the property management field. During her 10 years in property management, she has managed apartment properties as well as handled association management for mountain resorts, high-rise condominiums, mixed-use properties, and residential communities. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2019.

Damon Morris, CMCA, AMS, Community Association Manager

Damon continues his property management career with Ghertner & Company after working for five years with The Magnolia Group, which was purchased by Ghertner & Company in 2011. Damon studied Business and Criminal Justice at Columbia State.

As a native of Franklin, Damon is proud to manage some of his hometown's most stunning communities. He attributes much of his personal work ethic to his achieving Eagle Scout as a young man and continues to learn from the life lessons afforded him by the program. A fan of aviation, he worked diligently to gain his pilot's license at the age of 18, and continues to pursue and obtain various ratings in this field, such as his Airline Transport Pilot license. He is proud to share Ghertner & Company's goal of always offering the very best to the communities he manages.

Jay Moyer, Community Association Manager

Jay graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Hospitality Management degree and was a Vice President for Westmont Hospitality Group before he joined Ghertner & Company. He is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA). Prior to joining Ghertner & Company in 2021, he served on his former community's board as a Vice President. This experience has given him a valuable perspective in his community association management position.

Chanel, a native of Bozeman, MT earned an Associate Degree in Design Drafting from Montana State University. Chanel Mumford has a background in CAD drafting, property management (Leasing and Homeowners Associations), and short-term rental communities. Chanel joined Ghertner & Company in 2019.

Demetria earned an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies at Kaplan Career Institute. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2017 as an Administrative Assistant. She has over 8 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, as she previously worked as an Escrow Officer/Closing Coordinator and holds a TN Real Estate License. In 2019, she was promoted to Community Association Manager and now manages a diverse portfolio of homeowners associations. Her knowledge and dedication bring a collective experience to enhance and strengthen communities.

Tiffany Putman, Community Association Manager

Tiffany is originally from East Tennessee, where she attended Carson-Newman College and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Photography. She also received her certification in Hospitality and Tourism from Florida Atlantic University, then received her Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Lipscomb University. She has worked for 16 years in Hospitality Management. Tiffany joined Ghertner & Company in 2022.

Theresa Savich, Community Association Manager

Theresa is originally from New Jersey. She started as an Administrative Assistant with Ghertner & Company in 2010. She briefly left in 2022, but she has now rejoined Ghertner & Company as a Community Associate in 2023.

Jay Scott, Community Association Manager

Jay, a Tennessee native, joined Ghertner & Company in 2021.

Chuck Smart, Community Association Manager

Chuck, a Nashville native, attended the University of Florida with a focus on Recreation, Parks and Tourism. He has over 25 years’ experience in Hospitality and Hotel Management with Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Choice Hotels. He served as President of the Rutherford County Hospitality Association and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Hospitality and Tourism Association. Chuck joined Ghertner and Company in 2022.

Shontel Southard, Community Association Manager

Shontel graduated from The University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management. Prior to joining Ghertner & Company, she worked in Human Resources for several years in the logistics and corporate industries. With over five years of rental property management experience, She joined Ghertner & Company in 2022

Travis earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance at The University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Prior to attending college, Travis served in the U.S. Marines. He has a background in business management, customer service, and construction. Travis joined Ghertner & Company in 2019.

Janice Tantaris, CMCA, AMS, Community Association Manager

Janice obtained her Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University and brings more than 30 years of professional management, marketing, and financial experience to her position. She manages a diverse portfolio of homeowners associations. Janice began her career with Ghertner & Company in 2003.

Jackie Trosper, Community Association Manager

Jackie came to Ghertner & Company from Wagon Wheel Title where she processed real estate closings and managed escrow accounts. She is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She worked for ten years as a special education teacher for Nashville's LEAD Public Schools. Besides raising her son, Jackie loves the beach, boating and fishing. Jackie joined Ghertner & Company in June 2023

Reggie Tullis, CMCA, AMS, Community Association Manager

Reggie earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Tampa. After serving in the United States Air Force, Reggie began his career in the Airline Catering Industry, serving as Vice President of Dobbs International, Airline and Airport Service Division. He also has experience in the hospitality industry where he served as Director of Operations for Drury Hotels and Vice President/Managing Partner of Charlestown Management Company. Reggie also served as Director of Operations for Johnny Walker Hospitality Group prior to joining Ghertner Company in 2006. He now serves as a Portfolio Manager working with HOA’S in highrises, townhomes, and single-family communities.

Bob Welborn, CMCA, AMS, Community Association Manager

Bob graduated from Charleston Southern University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and for 28 years worked in hospitality management for Crestwood Suites, Days Inn, and Hotel Equities Group. Bob lives in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and he joined Ghertner & Company in 2013.

Jennifer Williams, CMCA, Community Association Manager

Jennifer, originally from Goodlettsville, joined Ghertner & Company in 2021. Previously, she worked in Community Management for six years in the Houston, Texas area. While in Houston, Jennifer worked as a portfolio manager as well as an onsite manager of a luxury gated golf course community. Her portfolio experience includes managing single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums. She also has experience in sales, administrative, and customer service roles prior to beginning her career in association management. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University.

Daniel Bethke, Community Association Onsite Manager

Daniel, a native of Charleston, SC, graduated from Limestone College. He has a background in education and sports management. Daniel has worked in property management since 2020 and joined Ghertner & Company in 2023. Daniel and his family reside in Spring Hill and are excited to call Tennessee their new home.

Stephanie Duke, Community Association Onsite Manager

A native Nashvillian. Stephanie joined Ghertner & Company in 2008 and is the On-site Property Manager at Werthan Mills. She attended Volunteer State Community College. In addition, she has over 25 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry.

Ann Fragetta, Community Association Onsite Manager

Ann has worked as an On-Site Homeowner Association Manager since 2011; she joined Ghertner & Company in 2014.

Mitchell Hesson, CPO, Onsite Property Manager

Mitchell worked 14 years in the residential and commercial construction industry as a Superintendent, Foreman, Cabinet Maker and Carpenter. He joined Ghertner & Company in 2012 as a Maintenance Technician. In 2013, he was promoted to Property Manager when he obtained his Certification as a Professional of Occupancy.

Randi Kraatz, Onsite Property Manager

Randi, a native of Elizabethtown, KY joined Ghertner & Company in 2017 as a Leasing Consultant for Claysville Landing Apartments. In January 2022, she was promoted to Property Manager. Randi has over 20 years combined in customer service and property management experience.

Roy Nunley, Onsite Property Manager

Roy, a native of Lebanon, Tennessee has worked in the Multifamily Housing Industry for 22 years. He began his career as a leasing professional in 2000 and has been in the multifamily housing ever since. He also loves animals and is a very active member of the LGBT Metro Nashville Softball Association. He enjoys anything outdoors and spending time with his fur babies. Roy joined Ghertner and Company in 2014.

Jennifer R. C. Ott, Community Association Onsite Manager

Jennifer is an upstate New York native living in Nashville, Tennessee. She is the Onsite Property Manager at Tollgate. She graduated from Marist College with a Bachelors degree in Writing/Journalism and went on to earn her Masters in Teaching Secondary Education at Eastern Kentucky University. She joined the University staff in 2010 in the University Development and Alumni Relations department and enjoyed honing customer service and relationship-building skills as the Director of Alumni Relations and Donor Engagement, respectively, for 7 years. Jennifer joined Ghertner & Co in 2021.

Cassandra Watkins, Onsite Property Manager

Cassandra Watkins, a native of Nashville TN, has worked with Ghertner & Company apartment community since 1997. She is certified CAM, NALP, ARM, and CPO. She has over 40 years of property management experience in the Nashville and Atlanta areas.

Patty Williams, Community Association Onsite Manager

Patty, a longtime resident of Tennessee, graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Historic Preservation. After graduating in 1977, Patty began her work in real estate-related services with national and international Fortune 500 companies. Patty was Director of Business Development at First Data Systems and Chicago Title. She served as Director of Select Services and Premier Programs at Realogy Holdings Corp. Patty began working in property management with Ghertner and Company in February 2016. She currently manages The Muse, a new and first of its kind short-term rental property in downtown Nashville, TN.

Ashley Boys, Community Associate

Ashley originally from Gurnee, Illinois but now residing in Franklin, Tennessee joined Ghertner & Company in 2021. She is studying Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Middle Tennessee State University and has multiple years of management experience. She enjoys yoga, cooking, reading and watching sports.

Grace Claudy, Community Associate

Grace, an Atlanta native, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in History from Tennessee Technological University. Grace has over 5 years’ experience working in Land Development and Historical Preservation. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2022.

Danielle is a native of LaBelle, Florida and graduated from Florida Southwestern State. She had a professional background in land development before joining Ghertner & Company in 2016.

Emily, a Nashville native, earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of West Florida in Pensacola. She received her Master of Arts degree in Theological Studies from Trinity International University in Deerfield, IL. She worked in various non-profit and ministry roles before joining Ghertner & Company in 2020.

Annetta Bevill, Community Association Manager Administrative Assistant

Annetta traveled the world as an Air Force wife for 20 years, before settling in Tennessee. She worked in the field of Education for over 16 years. She earned a Master of Business Administration from Bethel University and later served as a faculty member. Annetta started her new career with Ghertner & Company in 2019.

Juan Carey, Community Association Manager Administrative Assistant

Juan, a native of western Kentucky, earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science at Murray State University. Juan worked in the hospitality industry for over 23 years, and 20 of those years as General Manager of various hotels. He joined Ghertner Maintenance and Remodeling in June of 2011 as their office manager. In December of 2016, Juan joined the Accounting Department and in 2021 he joined the Administrative Assistant Team.

A native of Middle Tennessee, Stephanie attended Western Kentucky University before working in client billing and customer service. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2015.

Brittany, a Native of Middle Tennessee, joined Ghertner & Company in 2023. She has over 18 years of experience assisting professionals in healthcare and education.

Tabitha, a native of Nashville, TN, graduated with a degree in Accounting. She worked as a Sales Coordinator and in administration for 24 years in the home building industry. Tabitha joined Ghertner & Company in 2023.

Kayla, who is from Louisville, Kentucky, earned a Bachelor of Arts in News and Editorial Journalism at Western Kentucky University. She has over five years of communications/writing experience and was an administrative assistant for three years before joining Ghertner & Company in 2019.

Megan, a graduate of Springfield High School, worked in real estate for two years, and joined Ghertner & Company in 2016.

Russell Baltz, Senior Billing Specialist

Russell started at Ghertner & Company in 2002 in the accounting department as support to Theodora Winkler, and currently specializes in client receivables. Russell studied Social Sciences at Cumberland University. Prior to his career at Ghertner & Company, Russell worked for twelve years in management at a grocery warehouse where he developed his skills in communication and customer service.

Claire is originally from Birmingham, Alabama. She relocated to Nashville in the 90’s when she began her own photography business while raising a family. Schycheeree Gilbert, Receivables Supervisor

A life-long Nashville resident, Schycheeree attended Nashville Tech and later Branell Business College, where she earned a Certificate in Secretarial Science. Before joining Ghertner & Company in 2013, she worked as an office manager at both Braun Construction and Fresh Start Restoration, where she specialized in collections and insurance claim processing.

Brigid, a Nashville native, earned an Associate Degree in Fashion Merchandise from Bauder Fashion College in Atlanta, Georgia. She has over 20 years of experience in Customer Service. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2022.

Kelly Mills, Senior Accountant

Kelly is a native Nashvillian who graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. Before joining Ghertner and Company in 2003, she worked for American Airlines in Fuel Accounting at O’Hare International Airport in Chicago. She is responsible for financial reporting, banking transactions, and corporate business reporting for the community associations that we manage.

Shelley graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Therapeutic Recreation. She has over 15 years of experience in the multifamily property management industry. Her background is in marketing and sales, accounts receivable, and senior assisted living programs. Candie, a Michigan native, has resided in Tennessee since 1996. Her experience includes over 10 years in restaurant management and almost a decade in apartment management. She joined the Ghertner family in 2021.

Andy joined Ghertner & Company in 2022. A Nashville native, Andy obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Austin Peay State University, with an emphasis on Information Security & Assurance and Networking.
