Coupon Books
Coupon books are available upon request, for a fee. The cost of coupon books vary by association. They can be ordered by placing a “General Request” through your homeowner portal or by emailing hsr@ghertner.com.
Your Bank’s Bill Pay Service
If you happen to be using your bank's bill pay service and suspect payment was sent but did not make it to your account as intended, please be sure to check your recent transaction history for any returns from "SmartStreet". Many of our customers did not realize payments were sent to the wrong banking institution and then returned. If you find the return in your bank transactions, please make an instant payment through our portal, and then update your bank's bill pay to reflect the correct address (below). Many successful customers have deleted the payee in their bank's bill pay system and set up a new payee for their association maintenance fees. Thank you for your patience and attention to this matter.

For the quickest processing and to avoid possible late fees, please mail your payment at least 21 days in advance, or pay using the online methods available for immediate processing. ACH Bank Draft (Automated Clearing House)
ACH Bank Draft pays your assessment (association dues) automatically from your checking or savings account. Your payment is made on time every month or quarter without the hassle of writing or mailing checks! Direct payments will be withdrawn on the 5th of each month (or next business day) for the current month. You will be notified, in writing, as to the month your direct payment withdrawal will begin.
