Bids, Contracts and Maintenance

Kent spoke to a
full room of Board members and Community Association Managers at the March 4th
Lunch & Learn held at Ghertner & Company’s learning center.
Discussion included the importance of a maintenance plan for routine,
preventative, emergency and deferred maintenance. Recommendations for
creating a bid schedule to obtain proposals for services based on detailed
specifications; and what to consider when choosing a bid prior to signing a
contract for services or planned projects.
