Frank Horton was recently recognized for his years of service to the Providence HOA by the board and Ghertner & Company. He is the Development Manager for CPS Land and has represented the developer on the Providence Board of Directors since the community was founded in 2004. His faithfulness and support through the years is greatly appreciated.
