Between 7/1/20 and 7/15/20, prior owner balances will not be reflected in the new owner portal due to our software and banking transition.  The amount owed is the assessment amount due in the current period.  This amount does not reflect any credits or balances previously owed.  We apologize in advance and appreciate your patience.
