Megan Baggett, Closings Supervisor

Megan, a graduate of Springfield High School, worked in real estate for two years, and joined Ghertner & Company in 2016.

Russell Baltz, Senior Billing Specialist

Russell started at Ghertner & Company in 2002 in the accounting department as support to Theodora Winkler, and currently specializes in client receivables. Russell studied Social Sciences at Cumberland University. Prior to his career at Ghertner & Company, Russell worked for twelve years in management at a grocery warehouse where he developed his skills in communication and customer service. 

Claire Belk, Receivables Coordinator

Claire is originally from Birmingham, Alabama. She relocated to Nashville in the 90’s when she began her own photography business while raising a family. She also worked as a legal assistant at a law firm and as a legal collection specialist at a financial institution prior to joining Ghertner & Company in 2018.

Alicia Childs, Payables Processor

Alicia joined Ghertner & Company in 2021. She has a Certificate of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. She is an avid bowler in her free time.

Jessica Couch, Assistant Staff Accountant

Jessica is a native Tennessean, though she was raised in Connecticut. She currently attends Belmont University for Finance & Accounting. She previously was the Executive Administrative Assistance for Empire Realty & Construction and has over a decade of experience in customer service and retention. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2022.

Lori Denton, Receivables Coordinator

Lori has over 12 years of experience in accounts receivable. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2020.

Schycheeree Gilbert, Receivables Supervisor

A life-long Nashville resident, Schycheeree attended Nashville Tech and later Branell Business College, where she earned a Certificate in Secretarial Science. Before joining Ghertner & Company in 2013, she worked as an office manager at both Braun Construction and Fresh Start Restoration, where she specialized in collections and insurance claim processing.

Brigid Jordan, Payables Coordinator

Brigid, a Nashville native, earned an Associate Degree in Fashion Merchandise from Bauder Fashion College in Atlanta, Georgia. She has over 20 years of experience in Customer Service. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2022.

Kelly Mills, Senior Accountant

Kelly is a native Nashvillian who graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. Before joining Ghertner and Company in 2003, she worked for American Airlines in Fuel Accounting at O’Hare International Airport in Chicago. She is responsible for financial reporting, banking transactions, and corporate business reporting for the community associations that we manage.

Tonie Monk, Payables Processor

Tonie is a native Nashvillian and attended Nashville State Community College. She has over fifteen years of Accounts Payable experience and joined Ghertner & Co. in 2018.

Tiffany Morgan, Receptionist/Accounting Assistant

Tiffany, a native of Illinois has 11 years of experience as a Orthopedic Technologist through the American Society of Orthopedic Professionals.  She relocated to Tennessee in 2019 and has been with Ghertner & Company since 2023.

Krystal McClure, Receivables Specialist

Krystal, a Kentucky native, has lived in Tennessee since 2014. She attended Western KY University and studied exercise science. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2020.

Rhonda Norman, Senior Accountant

Rhonda, who earned her Associates Degree in Accounting from Volunteer State Community College, joined Ghertner & Company in 2008. She provides accounting and financial analysis assistance in the Finance/Accounting department.

Shelley Richards, Receivables Coordinator

Shelley graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Therapeutic Recreation. She has over 15 years of experience in the multifamily property management industry. Her background is in marketing and sales, accounts receivable, and senior assisted living programs. Shelley joined Ghertner and Company in 2020.

Candie Seratt, Leasing Specialist

Candie, a Michigan native, has resided in Tennessee since 1996. Her experience includes over 10 years in restaurant management and almost a decade in apartment management. She joined the Ghertner family in 2021.

Kim Tantaris, Payables Supervisor

Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Stephen F. Austin State University. She is responsible for financial reporting and invoice/check processing. Kim began her career at Ghertner & Company in 2007.

Mark Taylor Jr, Accounting Clerk

Mark is a native Tennessean. He attended Nashville State Community College and earned an Associate of Applied Science in the program of Administrative Professional Technology. He joined Ghertner & Company in 2018.

Elizabeth Walston, Senior Accountant

Elizabeth graduated from Volunteer State College with a Major in Accounting. She brings over 24 years of experience in  accounting and customer service. Elizabeth is a first generation immigrant from Ukraine, she loves traveling and spending time with her family. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2023.
