Brandi brings a diverse background to her role, combining 12 years of retail management experience with over 20 years in apartment and condominium management, including hands-on experience as an Onsite Manager. Since joining Ghertner & Company in 1994, Brandi has consistently demonstrated dedication and expertise. Her extensive industry knowledge enables her to effectively oversee daily operations, build strong resident relationships, and ensure seamless community management. Brandi’s commitment to excellence and her deep understanding of property management have made her a highly valued member of the Ghertner & Company team.

Sally Mills, Property Transition Manager

Sally brings a diverse professional background, including experience as an office manager for an environmental consulting and remediation firm. With over 10 years of expertise in customer service, data management, and staff supervision, she has developed strong organizational and leadership skills. Since joining Ghertner & Company in 2013, Sally has been a reliable and integral member of the team. Her keen attention to detail and dedication to efficient office operations have streamlined processes and enhanced client satisfaction. Michael Ryckeley, CMCA, AMS, Operations Support Manager

Michael earned his Master of Business Administration from Belmont University and brings nine years of experience in the supply chain industry. As an Implementation Project Manager for firms operating across the U.S. and Canada, he developed extensive expertise in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams. Michael holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations, reflecting his commitment to ongoing professional development within the property management industry. His strong project management skills, combined with his industry credentials, enable him to effectively support Ghertner & Company’s operational excellence and client service. He joined the company in 2018.

Julian earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Kentucky University. With over 15 years of experience in business development and marketing, he is dedicated to educating prospective clients—a strategy that fosters successful, long-lasting relationships.
