Emily, a Nashville native, earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of West Florida in Pensacola. She received her Master of Arts degree in Theological Studies from Trinity International University in Deerfield, IL. She worked in various non-profit and ministry roles before joining Ghertner & Company in 2020.
Annetta Bevill, Community Association Manager Administrative Assistant
Annetta traveled the world as an Air Force wife for 20 years, before settling in Tennessee. She worked in the field of Education for over 16 years. She earned a Master of Business Administration from Bethel University and later served as a faculty member. Annetta started her new career with Ghertner & Company in 2019.
Zoe Bradshaw, Community Association Manager Administrative Assistant
Zoe is a Middle Tennessee native who's found a home in the world of property management. She brings a wealth of customer service experience amassed over 7 years. With a recently acquired bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Middle Tennessee State University, she is adept at balancing administrative skills with a people-first approach. She joined Ghernter & Company in 2023.
Juan Carey, Community Association Manager Administrative Assistant
Juan, a native of western Kentucky, earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science at Murray State University. Juan worked in the hospitality industry for over 23 years, and 20 of those years as General Manager of various hotels. He joined Ghertner Maintenance and Remodeling in June of 2011 as their office manager. In December of 2016, Juan joined the Accounting Department and in 2021 he joined the Administrative Assistant Team.
Stephanie Fann, Administrative Assistant Lead
Stephanie Fann, a native of Middle Tennessee, attended Western Kentucky University and brings valuable experience in client billing and customer service. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2015 and currently serves as the Administrative Assistant Lead, where she oversees administrative operations and supports the team to ensure efficient service delivery.

She brings over 18 years of experience providing administrative support to professionals in the healthcare and education sectors. Known for her strong organizational skills and dedication to service, Brittany plays a vital role in supporting community association management teams and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Tabitha Maxwell, Community Association Manager Administrative Assistant
Tabitha, a Nashville native, brings over two decades of administrative and coordination experience to her role at Ghertner & Company. She holds a degree in Accounting and spent 24 years in the home building industry, where she worked as a Sales Coordinator and in various administrative capacities. Tabitha joined Ghertner & Company in 2023, where she continues to apply her organizational expertise and industry knowledge to support community association management operations.
Natalie Miller, CMCA, AMS, Community Association Manager Administrative Assistant
Natalie is an accomplished community association management professional with over 13 years of industry experience. A native of Illinois, she joined Ghertner & Company in 2022, bringing with her a strong background in supporting community operations and fostering positive client relationships. Natalie holds both the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations, underscoring her commitment to professional excellence and continued development in the field.
Michael Murphy, Community Association Manager Administrative Assistant
Michael is a Nashville native with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, earned in 2010. He joined Ghertner & Company in 2022, bringing a strong commitment to organization, client service, and supporting the daily operations of community association management. Michael plays a key role in assisting management teams and ensuring efficient service delivery to the communities he supports.
Francesca Murray, Community Association Manager Administrative Assistant
Francesca, originally from Monterey, California, joined Ghertner & Company in 2022 with a solid background in real estate administration. Prior to her current role, she spent five years as a real estate assistant, gaining valuable experience in client relations, administrative support, and property operations. Francesca brings a detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills to her work in community association management.
Lisa Rhodes, Community Association Manager Administrative Assistant
Lisa provides assistance by offering administrative support for condominium and homeowner association managers. She earned an Associate Degree from Middle Tennessee State University, and she has over 30 years of administrative experience. Lisa joined Ghertner & Company in 2005.

Onel, who is originally from Guyana in South America, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Middle Tennessee State University. She has over five years of customer service experience. Onel joined Ghertner & Company in 2022.

Kayla, who is from Louisville, Kentucky, earned a Bachelor of Arts in News and Editorial Journalism at Western Kentucky University. She has over five years of communications/writing experience and was an administrative assistant for three years before joining Ghertner & Company in 2019.
