Ashley Boys, Community Associate

Ashley originally from Gurnee, Illinois but now residing in Franklin, Tennessee joined Ghertner & Company in 2021. She is studying Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Middle Tennessee State University and has multiple years of management experience. She enjoys yoga, cooking, reading and watching sports.

Grace Claudy, Community Associate

Grace, an Atlanta native, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in History from Tennessee Technological University. Grace has over 5 years’ experience working in Land Development and Historical Preservation. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2022.

Danielle Hayes, CMCA, AMS, Community Associate

Danielle is a native of LaBelle, Florida and graduated from Florida Southwestern State. She had a professional background in land development before joining Ghertner & Company in 2016. 

LeJuan Hill, Community Assoicate

LeJuan is a native of Martin, TN. He attended the University of Mississippi and Austin Peay State University. He joined Ghertner and Company in 2022.

Natalie Miller, an Illinois native, joined Ghertner & Company in 2022 with 13 years of experience in the community association management industry.

Bethany Sims, Community Associate

Bethany is from Columbia, Tennessee. She studied clinical psychology at Kaplan University and has several years of retail management experience. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2021.
