Grace holds a Bachelor of Science in History from Tennessee Technological University and brings over five years of experience in land development and historical preservation. Cory Malone, Community Associate

Cory grew up in Orlando, Florida, and graduated from Florida State University in 2012. Passionate about traveling, the outdoors, live music, and exploring great breweries, Cory balances his active lifestyle with family life. He is happily engaged and a proud father to a wonderful son. Cory rejoined Ghertner & Company in 2023, bringing renewed energy and dedication to the team.

Neshonne McDonald, Community Associate

Neshonne is a native of Paris, Tennessee, and currently resides in Huntsville, Alabama. She attended Alabama A&M University and brings a diverse professional background in business management, customer service, and over 25 years of experience in the cosmetology industry. Known for her strong interpersonal skills and client-focused approach, Neshonne joined Ghertner & Company in 2024, where she continues to apply her experience and dedication to serve communities with excellence.

JaQuar earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Austin Peay State University.
