Ashley Boys, Community Associate

Ashley originally from Gurnee, Illinois but now residing in Franklin, Tennessee joined Ghertner & Company in 2021. She is studying Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Middle Tennessee State University and has multiple years of management experience. She enjoys yoga, cooking, reading and watching sports.

Grace Claudy, Community Associate

Grace, an Atlanta native, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in History from Tennessee Technological University. Grace has over 5 years’ experience working in Land Development and Historical Preservation. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2022.

Danielle Hayes, CMCA, AMS, Community Associate

Danielle is a native of LaBelle, Florida and graduated from Florida Southwestern State. She had a professional background in land development before joining Ghertner & Company in 2016. 

Cory Malone, Community Associate

Cory grew up in Orlando, FL, graduated from Florida State University in 2012, then moved to Nashville, TN. He rejoined Ghertner in 2023. He enjoys traveling, the outdoors, live music, and a good brewery.

JaQuar McMickle, Community Associate

JaQuar, a graduate from Austin Peay State University has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. During his tenure at APSU, he co-founded two companies and with his 8+ years of entrepreneurial background equipped him with leadership skills, management skills, and more. Jaquar joined Ghertner & Company in 2024.

Debbie Oaks, Community Assoicate

Debbie is originally from Michigan where she worked in the industry for a national property management company.  She has over 17 years in customer service, training and development.  Deborah has lived in TN since 2018 and joined Ghertner & Company in 2023.

Bethany Sims, Community Associate

Bethany is from Columbia, Tennessee. She studied clinical psychology at Kaplan University and has several years of retail management experience. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2021.

Nikolaos Tantaris, Community Associate

Nikolaos, a Nashville native brings 20 years of experience in customer service and management. His expertise in fostering collaboration and building positive client relationships translates seamlessly into providing exceptional service to residents and property owners. Nikolaos’ deep understanding of Nashville’s unique culture allows him to connect with homeowners on a personal level, ensuring a high standard of service and a positive living experience.
