Elecia Lewis Beard, CMCA, Community Association Manager
Elecia holds degrees in Journalism and Communications with a Marketing focus from the University of Kentucky and is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). She brings 17 years of experience in the hotel industry, including roles as National Sales Manager for two luxury resorts in Southwest Florida, as well as positions with Marriott and Hilton in Nashville. Elecia currently serves on the Board of Directors for her own Homeowners Association, demonstrating her commitment to community leadership and engagement. Rebecca Breier, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, Community Association Manager
Becca earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northern Illinois University. Jared earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from The University of Tennessee. Jared began his journey with Ghertner & Company four years ago as a Pool Key Administrator and officially joined the team full-time in 2024. In recognition of his leadership, Kerry served as president of the Rutherford County Hospitality Association in 2008. April Lovik, Community Association Manager
April attended Mott Community College and Baker College, building a strong foundation in administration and project management. She dedicated 10 years to the Opryland Hotel, where she served as Benefits Coordinator for the HR Director and Administrative Assistant to the Director of General Jackson. Following her tenure at Opryland, April spent 17 years at RR Donnelley in the printing industry, where she specialized as a Project Manager with a focus on accounting integration. Reggie Tullis, CMCA, AMS, Community Association Manager
Reggie earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Tampa. After serving in the United States Air Force, Reggie began his career in the Airline Catering Industry, serving as Vice President of Dobbs International, Airline and Airport Service Division. He also has experience in the hospitality industry where he served as Director of Operations for Drury Hotels and Vice President/Managing Partner of Charlestown Management Company. Reggie also served as Director of Operations for Johnny Walker Hospitality Group prior to joining Ghertner Company in 2006. He now serves as a Portfolio Manager working with HOA’S in highrises, townhomes, and single-family communities.
