Aaron Aguilar, CMCA, Community Association Manager
Aaron is originally from Phoenix, Arizona. He graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management. He worked for six years in resort management before joining Ghertner & Company in 2015.
Scott Alessi, CMCA, Community Association Manager
Scott is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management. He worked for 27 years in the hospitality industry in various roles from manager to executive management at the Marriott Corporation. Scott is committed to customer service and is experienced in facilities management. Scott joined Ghertner & Company in 2011.
Constance Barfield, Community Association Manager
Constance, a native of Middle Tennessee, attended Memphis State University and Austin Peay State University. She was a leasing consultant in the apartment industry for ten years before joining Ghertner & Company in 2017.
Elecia Lewis Beard, CMCA, Community Association Manager
Elecia joined Ghertner & Company in 2010 as a Community Association/Portfolio Manager. She left the company for a brief period in 2021, but she was happily welcomed back in 2023. A native of Kentucky, Elecia graduated from the University of Kentucky with degrees in Journalism and Communications with a concentration in Marketing. Prior to joining Ghertner & Company, Elecia spent 17 years in the hotel industry. She was a National Sales Manager for two high-end resorts in Southwest Florida as well as spending a number of years working for both Marriott and Hilton in the Nashville area. Elecia currently serves on the Board of Directors for her own HOA.
Rebecca Breier, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, Community Association Manager
Becca, a native of St. Charles, Illinois, earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science at Northern Illinois University. Becca brings with her over 20 years of property management experience, of which over 15 of them were exclusively in homeowner association management. Becca received her PCAM from the Community Associations Institute in 2021 and continues to expand her knowledge of the association management industry. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2017.
Phillip Buckner, Community Association Manager
Phillip worked for eight years in the corrections industry. Prior to that, he was the Director of the Morale, Welfare and Recreation Department in the US Air Force. Phillip joined Ghertner & Company in 2020.
Jeff Campbell, Community Association Manager
Jeff is a native Oklahoman and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University. Prior to joining Ghertner & Company in 2015, Jeff worked in the hospitality industry for over 30 years in management and IT, for the Hilton and Marriott brands.
LaToya Carruthers, CMCA, AMS, Community Association Manager
LaToya is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana, and graduated from Harrison College with a degree in Accounting. She worked with First Advantage as Operations Supervisor for Fleet Services and has over ten years of customer service and accounting experience. LaToya joined Ghertner & Company in 2014.
Kerry Chapman, CMCA, Community Association Manager
Kerry is originally from Washington, D.C. He attended Christopher Newport University in Southeastern Virginia and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre & Dance. He has five years of experience in the finance industry as a Retail Bank Manager focusing on operations and risk management. Kerry joined Ghertner & Company in 2018.
Stewart Crosby, CMCA, AMS, Community Association Manager
Stewart, a native of Middle Tennessee, graduated from American Public University with a degree in Business Management. He has over 15 years of experience in customer service, including ten years in management. Stewart joined Ghertner & Company in 2021.
Mike Dunigan, Community Association Manager
Mike Dunigan, a Nashville native had a sucessful career in the finance industry. Mike spent over a decade as a Senior Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch. In addition to this role, he spent four years leading Merrill Lynch's Southern Gulf Region's new advisor training program. His professional career gave him experience in developing & leading diverse teams as a Program Manager and Senior Branch Manager. Mike joined Ghertner in 2024.
Todd Forsythe, CMCA, AMS, Community Association Manager
Todd has over twenty years of experience in real estate and property management. In addition, Todd also holds an active real estate license with the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. Because of Todd’s Realtor® background, he understands the importance of protecting owners’ home investments via proactive community association management. Todd strongly believes in promoting community wellbeing through communication and hands-on management. Todd joined Ghertner & Company in 2006.
Jamille Heard, Community Association Manager
Jamille, a Memphis, TN native, graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She has a strong background in customer service and local city government. Jamille was in the community association management industry for four years before joining Ghertner & Company in 2021.
Jeff Henry, Community Association Manager
Jeff, a native of Memphis TN, studied at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, AR. He has worked for more than twenty years in multifamily property management and has managed multi-site properties in Memphis, St. Louis, and Nashville. He is experienced in management, philanthropy, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and collaboration. Jeff joined Ghertner & Company in 2022.
Nick Hensley, Community Association Manager
Nick is a Nashville native who graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Nick has over 3 years of property management experience and obtained his License to manage community associations in the state of Florida in 2020, where he was an Onsite Property Manager for a condominium association located in Tampa. Nick has served on an HOA board in the association he resided in as well as his Community Association's CDD board while residing in Florida. These opportunities provided him the ability to appreciate the diligence and ethics of all board members who voluntarily govern their association. Nick joined Ghertner & Company in 2022 and is honored to represent their values to each association he manages within his Portfolio.
John Kidd, CMCA, AMS, Community Association Manager
John joined Ghertner & Company in 2003 as a Community Association Manager. He has over 30 years experience in the Hotel/Hospitality/Property Management Industry.
Patrick Landrum, Community Association Manager
Patrick is a native of Gulfport, Mississippi, and attended the University of Southern Mississippi. Patrick comes to Ghertner and Company with a professional background in construction, insurance, and customer service. He joined Ghertner and Company in 2017.
Kerry Ledbetter, CMCA, Community Association Manager
Kerry, a life-long Tennessee resident, attended Tennessee Technical University. He worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years, during which he managed hotels under the Marriott, Hilton and IHG hotel brands. In 2008, he served as president of the Rutherford County Hospitality Association. Kerry joined Ghertner & Company in 2015.
April Lovik, Community Association Manager
April is a Michigan native, where she attended Mott Community College/Baker College before moving to Middle Tennessee. She worked at Opryland Hotel for 10 years in the roles of Benefits Coordinator for the HR Director and Administrative Assistant to the Director of the General Jackson. April worked for RR Donnelley in the printing industry as a Project Manager, specializing in account integration for 17 years. She began a new career in community association management in 2015 and joined Ghertner & Company in 2019.
Rebecca Massaro, CMCA, AMS, Community Association Manager
Rebecca attended the University of South Florida, and was a Licensed Community Association Manager in Florida for 12 years before moving to the Greater Nashville area. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2016.
Keene Miller, CMCA, Community Association Manager
Keene, who is a native Nashvillian, majored in Mass Communication and Advertising at MTSU. She owned an entertainment and film company for fifteen years and later managed recording studios before entering the property management field. During her 10 years in property management, she has managed apartment properties as well as handled association management for mountain resorts, high-rise condominiums, mixed-use properties, and residential communities. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2019.
Damon Morris, CMCA, AMS, Community Association Manager
Damon continues his property management career with Ghertner & Company after working for five years with The Magnolia Group, which was purchased by Ghertner & Company in 2011. Damon studied Business and Criminal Justice at Columbia State.
As a native of Franklin, Damon is proud to manage some of his hometown's most stunning communities. He attributes much of his personal work ethic to his achieving Eagle Scout as a young man and continues to learn from the life lessons afforded him by the program. A fan of aviation, he worked diligently to gain his pilot's license at the age of 18, and continues to pursue and obtain various ratings in this field, such as his Airline Transport Pilot license. He is proud to share Ghertner & Company's goal of always offering the very best to the communities he manages.
Summer Morris, Onsite Property Manager
Summer is a native of Booneville, Mississippi, but has called Nashville home for over 20 years. She managed Facilities and Operations for a global clinical research company for 18 years and has also been a Franchise Business Coach. Summer joined Ghertner in 2024.
Jay Moyer, Community Association Manager
Jay graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Hospitality Management degree and was a Vice President for Westmont Hospitality Group before he joined Ghertner & Company. He is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA). Prior to joining Ghertner & Company in 2021, he served on his former community's board as a Vice President. This experience has given him a valuable perspective in his community association management position.
Chanel Mumford, CMCA, AMS, Community Association Manager
Chanel, a native of Bozeman, MT earned an Associate Degree in Design Drafting from Montana State University. Chanel Mumford has a background in CAD drafting, property management (Leasing and Homeowners Associations), and short-term rental communities. Chanel joined Ghertner & Company in 2019.
Demetria Nunley, CMCA, AMS, Community Association Manager
Demetria earned an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies at Kaplan Career Institute. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2017 as an Administrative Assistant. She has over 8 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, as she previously worked as an Escrow Officer/Closing Coordinator and holds a TN Real Estate License. In 2019, she was promoted to Community Association Manager and now manages a diverse portfolio of homeowners associations. Her knowledge and dedication bring a collective experience to enhance and strengthen communities.
Houston Persinger, Community Association Manager
Houston joined Ghertner & Company in 2024. He has many years of experience with property management overseeing his very own properties. Houston also has a lengthy background in sales and customer service. He, his wife and two children reside south of Nashville
Tiffany Putman, Community Association Manager
Tiffany is originally from East Tennessee, where she attended Carson-Newman College and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Photography. She also received her certification in Hospitality and Tourism from Florida Atlantic University, then received her Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Lipscomb University. She has worked for 16 years in Hospitality Management. Tiffany joined Ghertner & Company in 2022.
Theresa Savich, Community Association Manager
Theresa is originally from New Jersey. She started as an Administrative Assistant with Ghertner & Company in 2010. She briefly left in 2022, but she has now rejoined Ghertner & Company as a Community Associate in 2023.
Jay Scott, Community Association Manager
Jay, a Tennessee native, joined Ghertner & Company in 2021.
Chuck Smart, Community Association Manager
Chuck, a Nashville native, attended the University of Florida with a focus on Recreation, Parks and Tourism. He has over 25 years’ experience in Hospitality and Hotel Management with Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Choice Hotels. He served as President of the Rutherford County Hospitality Association and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Hospitality and Tourism Association. Chuck joined Ghertner and Company in 2022.
Shontel Southard, Community Association Manager
Shontel graduated from The University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management. Prior to joining Ghertner & Company, she worked in Human Resources for several years in the logistics and corporate industries. With over five years of rental property management experience, She joined Ghertner & Company in 2022
Travis Southergill, CMCA, Community Association Manager
Travis earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance at The University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Prior to attending college, Travis served in the U.S. Marines. He has a background in business management, customer service, and construction. Travis joined Ghertner & Company in 2019.
Janice Tantaris, CMCA, AMS, Community Association Manager
Janice obtained her Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University and brings more than 30 years of professional management, marketing, and financial experience to her position. She manages a diverse portfolio of homeowners associations. Janice began her career with Ghertner & Company in 2003.
Jackie Trosper, Community Association Manager
Jackie came to Ghertner & Company from Wagon Wheel Title where she processed real estate closings and managed escrow accounts. She is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She worked for ten years as a special education teacher for Nashville's LEAD Public Schools. Besides raising her son, Jackie loves the beach, boating and fishing. Jackie joined Ghertner & Company in June 2023
Reggie Tullis, CMCA, AMS, Community Association Manager
Reggie earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Tampa. After serving in the United States Air Force, Reggie began his career in the Airline Catering Industry, serving as Vice President of Dobbs International, Airline and Airport Service Division. He also has experience in the hospitality industry where he served as Director of Operations for Drury Hotels and Vice President/Managing Partner of Charlestown Management Company. Reggie also served as Director of Operations for Johnny Walker Hospitality Group prior to joining Ghertner Company in 2006. He now serves as a Portfolio Manager working with HOA’S in highrises, townhomes, and single-family communities.
Bob Welborn, CMCA, AMS, Community Association Manager
Bob graduated from Charleston Southern University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and for 28 years worked in hospitality management for Crestwood Suites, Days Inn, and Hotel Equities Group. Bob lives in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and he joined Ghertner & Company in 2013.
Jennifer Williams, CMCA, Community Association Manager
Jennifer, originally from Goodlettsville, joined Ghertner & Company in 2021. Previously, she worked in Community Management for six years in the Houston, Texas area. While in Houston, Jennifer worked as a portfolio manager as well as an onsite manager of a luxury gated golf course community. Her portfolio experience includes managing single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums. She also has experience in sales, administrative, and customer service roles prior to beginning her career in association management. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University.
