Daniel Bethke, Community Association Onsite Manager
Daniel is a graduate of Limestone College and originally from Charleston, South Carolina. With a background in education and sports management, Daniel transitioned into property management in 2020 with the Irvine Company in Southern California. His experience in high-demand markets laid a strong foundation for his success in community management. After relocating to Tennessee, he joined Ghertner & Company in 2023. Daniel and his family are proud to call Tennessee home and are excited to be part of the local community.
Stephanie Duke, Community Association Onsite Manager
Stephanie attended Volunteer State Community College and brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry to her role. Her strong background in customer service and operations has made her a valuable asset to both residents and colleagues alike. Stephanie joined Ghertner & Company in 2008 and currently serves as the On-site Property Manager at Werthan Mills, where she is known for her hands-on approach, professionalism, and dedication to community satisfaction.
Ann Fragetta, Community Association Onsite Manager
Ann is a seasoned On-site Community Manager with a focus on large-scale single-family and townhome communities since 2011. Prior to entering the property management industry, she spent over 13 years in project management with IBM Global Financing, where she developed strong organizational and client service skills. Known for her professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to community success, Ann has been a valued member of Ghertner & Company since 2014.
Natalie Gray, Community Association Onsite Manager
Natalie brings over 10 years of experience in residential property management, having advanced from leasing agent to manager through dedication and expertise. She is also a licensed Realtor and an active member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. Natalie joined Ghertner & Company in 2024 and continues to provide exceptional service to the communities she manages.
Mitchell Hesson, CPO, Onsite Property Manager
Mitchell brings 14 years of comprehensive construction expertise to our team, having worked in diverse roles including Superintendent, Foreman, Cabinet Maker, and Carpenter. His hands-on experience across multiple facets of construction provides a strong foundation for his work in property management. Additionally, Mitchell holds the Professional of Occupancy certification, reflecting his commitment to industry excellence. Since joining Ghertner & Company in 2012, Mitchell has been a valuable asset, contributing his skills and dedication to the success of our communities.
Roy Nunley, Onsite Property Manager
Roya native of Lebanon, Tennessee, brings 22 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry. Beginning his career as a leasing professional in 2000, Roy has dedicated himself to various roles within the multifamily housing sector, building deep expertise along the way. Outside of work, he is a passionate animal lover and an active member of the LGBT Metro Nashville Softball Association. Roy enjoys spending time outdoors and cherishing moments with his fur babies. He joined Ghertner & Company in 2014 and continues to be a valued member of the team.
Camille Persinger, Community Association Onsite Manager
Camille graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Marketing and Business Management. Known for her dedication and reliability, Camille excels in organization, prioritization, and multitasking, consistently delivering high-quality work with efficiency and independence. Her strong work ethic and attention to detail make her a valued contributor to the team. Camille joined Ghertner & Company in 2024 and continues to support the company’s mission with professionalism and commitment.
Valerie Williams, Community Association Onsite Manager
Valerie brings over 10 years of experience in property management, with expertise spanning both multi-family and single-family homes. She began her career as a leasing consultant, where she developed strong customer service and communication skills that have been essential in her transition to property management roles. Valerie’s hands-on experience and commitment to resident satisfaction allow her to effectively oversee day-to-day operations and foster positive community environments. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2024 and continues to contribute to the success of the communities she manages.
