Daniel Bethke, Community Association Onsite Manager

Daniel, a native of Charleston, SC, graduated from Limestone College. He has a background in education and sports management. Daniel has worked in property management since 2020 and joined Ghertner & Company in 2023. Daniel and his family reside in Spring Hill and are excited to call Tennessee their new home.

Stephanie Duke, Community Association Onsite Manager

A native Nashvillian. Stephanie joined Ghertner & Company in 2008 and is the On-site Property Manager at Werthan Mills. She attended Volunteer State Community College. In addition, she has over 25 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry.

Ann Fragetta, Community Association Onsite Manager

Ann has worked as an On-Site Homeowner Association Manager since 2011; she joined Ghertner & Company in 2014.

Natalie Gray, Community Onsite Manager

Natalie, a Missouri native now residing in Tennessee, has over 10 years of experience in residential property management, working with both multifamily and single-family communities. She began as a leasing agent and advanced into management. In addition to her extensive experience in property management she is also a licensed realtor in Tennessee and member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. Natalie joined Ghertner & Company in 2024.

Mitchell Hesson, CPO, Onsite Property Manager

Mitchell worked 14 years in the residential and commercial construction industry as a Superintendent, Foreman, Cabinet Maker and Carpenter. He joined Ghertner & Company in 2012 as a Maintenance Technician. In 2013, he was promoted to Property Manager when he obtained his Certification as a Professional of Occupancy.

Randi Kraatz, Onsite Property Manager

Randi, a native of Elizabethtown, KY joined Ghertner & Company in 2017 as a Leasing Consultant for Claysville Landing Apartments. In January 2022, she was promoted to Property Manager. Randi has over 20 years combined in customer service and property management experience.

Roy Nunley, Onsite Property Manager

Roy, a native of Lebanon, Tennessee has worked in the Multifamily Housing Industry for 22 years. He began his career as a leasing professional in 2000 and has been in the multifamily housing ever since. He also loves animals and is a very active member of the LGBT Metro Nashville Softball Association. He enjoys anything outdoors and spending time with his fur babies. Roy joined Ghertner and Company in 2014.

Camille Persinger, Community Association Onsite Manager

Camille, a Tennessee native lives in south Nashville with her husband and two children. Camille graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with two Bachelor degrees in Business Marketing and Business Management. Camille joined Ghertner & Company in 2024.

Patty Williams, Community Association Onsite Manager

Patty, a longtime resident of Tennessee, graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Historic Preservation. After graduating in 1977, Patty began her work in real estate-related services with national and international Fortune 500 companies. Patty was Director of Business Development at First Data Systems and Chicago Title. She served as Director of Select Services and Premier Programs at Realogy Holdings Corp. Patty began working in property management with Ghertner and Company in February 2016. She currently manages The Muse, a new and first of its kind short-term rental property in downtown Nashville, TN.

Valerie Williams, Community Association Onsite Manager

Valerie has over 10 years of property management experience working with multi and single family homes. She started as a leasing consultant and worked her way to property management. Valerie  joined Ghertner in 2024.
