Alaina Beard, Home Services Center Supervisor

Alaina is a Nashville native and has a Master's degree in Criminal Justice. She has over 10 years of call center management experience. Alaina enjoys working in the customer service arena and prides herself on providing customers with exceptional experiences. She enjoys working with and alongside people that strive for a “we” experience. Alaina joined Ghertner and Company in 2021.

Billie Davis, Homeowner Services Representative

Billie has lived in the Nashville area since 2004, and she has worked in the call center customer service industry since 2014. Prior to that, she worked in the hotel and banking industries. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2021.

Brandon Garner, Homeowner Services Representative

Brandon is a Middle Tennessee native. He previously worked as an Inside Sales Supervisor at Lincare for over 9 years. He joined Ghertner & Company in 2021

Berenice Olvera, Homeowner Services Representative

Berenice is a Nashville native and has worked for call centers since 2018. Previously she was a health insurance agent. Overall, she loves helping people. She is glad to be a part of the great team she joined at Ghertner & Company in 2022.

Kim Petty, Homeowner Services Representative

Kim joined Ghertner & Company June 2022.  She has lived in a Ghertner Managed property since 2017.  She has over 25 years in manufacturing experience and brings a unique perspective to the homeowner service center.

Kennedi Tubbs, Homeowner Services Representative

Kennedi, a Nashville native, earned a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice from South Carolina State University. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2021 as a Pool Key Admin. She was hired as a full time associate in the Homeowner Service Center In 2023.
