Alaina Beard, Home Services Center Supervisor
Alaina is a Nashville native and has a Master's degree in Criminal Justice. She has over 10 years of call center management experience. Alaina enjoys working in the customer service arena and prides herself on providing customers with exceptional experiences. She enjoys working with and alongside people that strive for a “we” experience. Alaina joined Ghertner and Company in 2021.
Billie Davis, Homeowner Services Representative
Billie has lived in the Nashville area since 2004, and she has worked in the call center customer service industry since 2014. Prior to that, she worked in the hotel and banking industries. She joined Ghertner & Company in 2021.
Brandon Garner, Homeowner Services Representative
Brandon, a Middle Tennessee native, brings over nine years of experience in sales leadership from his previous role as Inside Sales Supervisor at Lincare. He joined Ghertner & Company in 2021 and applies his strong communication and customer service skills to support homeowners and contribute to the company’s commitment to exceptional service.
Kim Petty, Homeowner Services Representative
Kim, joined Ghertner & Company in June 2022. She has been a resident of a Ghertner-managed community since 2017, giving her firsthand insight into homeowner needs and community dynamics. With over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, Kim brings a unique perspective and strong problem-solving skills to the Homeowner Services Center. Her dedication to exceptional service makes her a valuable resource for homeowners and the company alike.
